Aliport Carport and Canopies Technology
Aliport carport and canopies have been designed with strength and fire resistance in mind. Requiring no maintenance, they are suited to a wide range of applications, both domestic and commercial. All components forming the main structures are made from aluminium combined with fire resistant roof sheets, provide a canopy that protects against rain, wind and snow - all year round.- Only quality materials used
- Roof supports up to 4.88m (16') apart for easy access (Deluxe model)
- No rotting of timbers or rusting of steel
- Side screen panels are available on request
Specification:
Aluminium: complying with BS 1474, fully heat-treated having a tensile strength of 280 N/mm2
Design Loads:
Snow - 750N/m2 Wind - 48m/s2
Roof sheets: Complying with BS 476 Pt. 5 (Class 1 rating for surface spread of flame).
Guttering: 114mm square section PVC guttering in white.
Finishes:
White Painted - after etch priming the framework is sprayed by the powder coat system using a high build polyester paint. It is then baked for 10 minutes at temperatures approaching 200o C.

Made to Measure:
As each structure we sell is individually manufactured, we can offer a complete range of sizes and awkward shapes. If you do not see the shape you require, contact us with a sketch and we will provide a quotation.
Installation Service:
We offer an excellent service for those people that just do not have the time to install the canopy themselves. Our fitters are fully trained and ensure you are fully satisfied with your Aliport structure.
